Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing individual with a teaching background to join our team as a self-directed distributor. The role involves engaging in regular personal development and leadership training, coaching and mentoring new team members, and placing ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries.

You will also conduct structured interviews via phone, collaborate with a global team, attend regular Zoom training meetings, and leverage our successful business systems and innovative marketing strategies to expand your reach.

Your Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in the teaching/coaching/mentoring space.
A proven track record of success.
An upbeat, positive personality with a passion for connecting with others.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and support others in their growth journey.
A visionary leader and trailblazer passionate about personal development and empowering others to achieve success.
