We are looking for a highly skilled dairy farm manager to join our team at Ahaura Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the farm, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong internal motivation, and a high work ethic. They will be comfortable working independently and have a strong understanding of farm operations, including stock performance, pasture management, and feed budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust business plan
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations
Monitor and report on performance using ag tech systems
Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in dairy farm management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of farm management systems and record-keeping equipment
