Customer Experience Architect

Quantum Metric is a leader in Continuous Product Design, helping organizations put customers at the heart of everything they do. Our platform provides a structured approach to understanding the digital customer journey, enabling organizations to recognize customer needs, quantify the financial impact, and prioritize based on the impact to the customer and business' bottom line.

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and develop customized solutions that enhance their customer experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, then create innovative solutions to meet those needs. This may involve developing custom JavaScript functions, configuring analytics tools, and creating visualizations to provide real-time insights into customer behavior.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience with web technologies, digital analytics, and front-end development. Development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential, while experience with React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.

In addition to technical expertise, you must possess strong communication and project management skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop effective solutions, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
