Job Description
We seek an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team in Gisborne. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

Installation, repairs, service, and maintenance of various Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Troubleshooting air conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnosing problems, and performing maintenance on refrigeration & air conditioning equipment.
Carrying out routine checks and logging the status of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Gathering data for job reports, assets reports, and quoting – ensuring accurate loading of information and records onto the job tracking system and/or company files.
Promptly completing all paperwork to a high standard (commission sheets, service sheets, check sheets).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer qualification.
A current Electrical Service Engineer Licence.
A Full NZ Drivers licence.
Experience working within Health & Safety At Work Act 2015 guidelines.
Industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC installation, maintenance, and remedial work experience.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise.
Status as a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident and residing in New Zealand.
