Job Title: Customer Helper

We are seeking two enthusiastic individuals to support our 5-year strategic plan objectives by providing exceptional customer service at the busy Hastings rail interchange and town centre bus stops.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be the public face of Stagecoach South East, aiming to be approachable, responsive, and possess a personal touch in every interaction.

You will live and breathe our company tone of voice and vision, enhancing our profile and reputation by using your initiative to 'do the right thing' for our customers and demonstrating an excellent understanding of our products and services.

Closely collaborating with colleagues in our local control team and service delivery support team, you will provide helpful real-time service information and have the ability to think outside the box, offer feedback on customer sentiment, and suggest improvements to managers.

We require candidates who can work between 0800-1200 or 1400-1800 from Monday to Friday, covering peak periods. Weekend work may be necessary with sufficient notice for significant events in the town centre.
