We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Hastings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ground maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake a range of activities including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and other related tasks.
• Work safely using a variety of equipment and hand tools.
• Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional service.
• Maintain physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:
• Experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, or gardening.
• Ability to work safely and effectively using various equipment and hand tools.
• Proven ability to work as part of a busy team and deliver high-quality results.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full, valid UK driving license.
