Rare fully remote opportunity to work as a Residential Conveyancer

This role could be ideal for an experienced individual seeking flexibility.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional client service and managing residential conveyancing matters with expertise.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 40–100 files, depending on experience
Oversee the sale and purchase of various types of properties, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions
Provide guidance and support to colleagues with their caseloads
Meet completion targets while maintaining the highest standards of service
Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Residential Conveyancer who can deliver excellent client service. Ideally, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload
Strong IT literacy, including experience with case management systems
Excellent communication skills with clients, both written and verbal
A proven track record of working to targets and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
