Candidates will need
Proven experience working with AutoCAD

Experience in managing digital data, particularly in bridging design and operational workflows.

Strong understanding of drafting principles

Familiarity with CAD platforms and spatial data management.

Ability to manage and optimize automated processes is desired, including VM oversight.

Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and ensure alignment between design and operational needs.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work output

Responsible for the delivery and processes for delivery of Digital Data to the business and operational teams across strategic global construction programs.

Building effective relationships with global stakeholders.

Data Standardization and Delivery

Standardize existing legacy CAD files to conform to specific CAD standards, including reformatting, updating, and ensuring consistency across all files.

Conduct quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and specifications

Ensure that digital data from design and construction is standardized and formatted to meet operational needs.

Facilitate the smooth transition of data from project design to operational workflows.

Provide technical support and training to team members on AutoCAD and related tools and workflows.

Work closely with Operations to ensure data is provided in a format that is easily accessible and functional for day-to-day operations.

Act as the point of contact for resolving data-related issues that impact Operations.

Project/Program Delivery

Responsible for delivery of company wide/regional digital delivery packages for construction projects.

Responsible for implementing processes and procedures to aid in design and construction project controls and oversight.
