Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
Lead a section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.
Assist in food preparation and cooking as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Maintain impeccable health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Punctually attend work, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute positively to teamwork and cooperation.
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and procedures.
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as required.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A Leaving Cert level education or higher.
An NVQ qualification or equivalent.
A proven track record in catering, with a passion for food and customer service.
Creativity and flair in menu development and presentation.
Excellent listening skills.
