Key Responsibilities:
Manage current customer accounts
Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
Resolve customer and carrier issues
Provide quotes, arrange bookings, and take payments
Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
Represent the company in a professional manner and serve as a role model to other employees
