Glasgow £37,440 Base + Overtime Permanent
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic work, repairs, general servicing, and maintenance of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic work and repairs on vehicles
Conduct general servicing and maintenance
Diagnose and resolve vehicle mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct ramp testing and test drives to ensure repairs are successful
Maintain accurate service records
Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics
Requirements:
City & Guilds, NVQ, or IMI Level 2/3 qualified mechanic
Full UK/EU driving licence
Strong diagnostic abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Team player mentality
