Qualifications
• Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within the industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management is advantageous.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
