Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a friendly disposition to effectively handle phone communications and support our team. Medical Secretary experience and background are highly desired.
Duties
• Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital office files to ensure easy access to important documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide clerical support including typing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Management of office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance productivity and communication.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
• Minute-taking, report writing and Data collation.
Skills
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with data entry tasks.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Competence in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
