Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Great Benefits Package

A Fintech going through a big phase of growth are looking for experienced Engineers to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future technology and engineering practices.

About the Role

As a Principal Engineer, you will apply your technical expertise and hands-on skills to tackle sophisticated engineering challenges. Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.

Why this role might be for you
• You are a hands-on leader and driving new engineering solutions is a core part of your role
• You have experience working in the financial industry and hands-on experience scaling payment platforms
• Expertise in cloud computing, APIs, data management, and microservices (relevant cloud certification would be a bonus)
• You have strong experience in one of the following technologies (Java, C#, or Python)
