Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Design Engineer to join our Engineering Department. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in producing innovative design solutions and optimizing existing Balmoral products to meet the demands of our clients in an evolving industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to design Balmoral products from initial concept to production, using engineering tools efficiently and innovating to meet client requirements. You will also be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and innovation in all areas of your work.

You will have the opportunity to:
• Develop custom design software
• Formulate test procedures
• Define and supervise validation trials
• Contribute to cost reduction efforts
• Assist with the management of engineering data using engineering data management software
