In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our IT leadership team to drive the delivery of IT infrastructure across multiple offshore locations. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our IT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance our overall IT capabilities.
We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional technical skills, a strong understanding of IT concepts, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in IT Support, with a focus on server support, virtualization, and network management.
Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder expectations, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement IT strategies, and managing service life cycles. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with IT governance standards and facilitating the design and execution of IT equipment maintenance routines.
