Boyswear Designer - Shape & Graphics

We are seeking an enthusiastic Boyswear Designer across shape & graphics to join a highly reputable and well-established fashion business. You will be responsible for designing commercial yet trend-driven product ranges, focusing on both garment shapes and graphics.

This role requires excellent trend awareness, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into commercial designs that resonate with their customer base.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Create and execute innovative graphics, prints, and placements suitable for boyswear ranges.
• Research and develop boyswear shapes and silhouettes.
• Conduct thorough trend research, maintaining up to date knowledge of emerging trends, materials, and techniques.
• Develop and present mood boards, colour palettes, and concept ideas for seasonal collections.
• Collaborate with factories to ensure timely product development and oversee sample tracking.

Person Specifications:
• Previous experience in a similar boyswear design role within a fashion retailer or supplier.
• A strong portfolio showcasing boyswear shape designs and innovative graphics.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
