Job Description

The Company:

A new and exciting opportunity for a Branded Accessories Designer to become part of a talented creative team working for a leading importer of fashion accessories within a fast paced environment.

The Role:
• Producing new and creative product design ideas.
• Working to design instructions.
• Attending customer meetings with Account Manager.
• Completing new product briefs given by the Director.
• Designing products from initial sketches/technical drawings.
• Sample management.
• Working to tight deadlines.
• Attending trade shows when needed.
• Researching the market and other competition for new ideas.

Skills Required:
• 1 + years experience in similar role.
• Degree in Product Design or equivalent.
• Experience of working with gifts/accessories.
• Experience of spec drawing.
• Examples of own designed products.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in teams.
