The Senior Software Development Manager will lead an agile team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel. This role involves 50-70% hands-on development of full-stack, end-to-end solutions in a scalable micro-services environment. Key responsibilities include working with multiple database types (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL, Redis, Mongo) and event streaming systems (e.g., Amazon SQS, Google Pub/Sub) to identify and implement improvements to data quality, reliability, performance & efficiency at the system level.
