Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing of products..

• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure proper inventory management practices, including accurate tracking of stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to maintain adequate inventory levels.

• Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, including routine maintenance and repairs, to ensure optimal functionality.

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations in a management position.

• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Chinese speaking would be highly preferred.
