Permanent, full time

Upto £37,000 + van with fuel card + private healthcare + flexible benefits

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team, working on a commercial heating contract in Fife, Scotland. This role requires you to deliver high-quality planned and reactive mechanical maintenance within a commercial environment, ensuring HVAC mechanical services are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and statutory regulations.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC mechanical systems, providing support and expertise where needed.
• Complete reactive maintenance and installations efficiently, adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations.
• Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out team, providing 24/7 service support as required.
• Maintain detailed records, including job sheets and compliance certificates.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Work independently and manage reactive work carried out by other team members.

Requirements
• Recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship (preferred but not essential).
• City & Guilds qualification in Heating and Ventilation or Plumbing.
• Experience working with mechanical plant and plumbing-related building services maintenance, including PPMs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
