Refuse Collection Driver HGV

A unique opportunity to work with Perth and Kinross Council in a permanent role.

A refuse collection HGV driver position is available for a candidate with a valid, Category C Licence, Digital Tachograph Card, and Driver Qualification Card.

Two shifts available: (Friday to Monday) and (Monday to Thursday)

(Please note you will be on a regular shift and not moved about week to week)

Hours of work are 07:00 -17:00 (Total 38 hours)

Wage rate is £14.26 and overtime at 1.5 x is paid after 41 hours. In addition, 12.05% of every hour worked is paid into a fund for you that you can utilise to fund holidays or take as a lump sum.

This position is paid weekly and a workplace pension is also included.

Job role:

Driving a Refuse Collection Vehicle with a crew. As with all PKC and Rightmann Drivers, "if on occasions no driving is available, the applicant will be required to work on loading duty."
