Job Description
About the role: We are seeking an administrative professional to serve as the first point of contact within our service. The successful candidate will provide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to support the team's objectives.
The key responsibilities include:
• Receiving telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies, and colleagues, responding promptly and courteously, and transferring calls when necessary
• Completing tasks such as data entry, processing correspondence, and photocopying as required
• Minute-taking at partnership and clinical meetings as needed
• Collating, monitoring, and reporting data and statistics as required
About you: To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience providing administrative support in a service-based organisation
• IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets, and other MS applications
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team
• Effective communication and numeric skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
