Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing expert advice on employment law issues, including employee rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases.
Handling a varied caseload independently, from initial consultation to case resolution, ensuring excellent client service and compliance with legal standards.
Representing clients in employment tribunals, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes as needed.
Drafting, reviewing, and amending employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and other relevant legal documents.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:
UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in remote work employment law.
Comprehensive understanding of employment law, with experience in advising clients and handling complex cases.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing clear, practical, and commercially viable advice.
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload remotely, and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
