Job Description:



Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) to oversee the execution of our renewable energy projects in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction phase of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and other sustainable energy installations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
Manage procurement processes, including the selection and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong background in EPC project delivery, with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
