Software Development Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in developing innovative software solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in driving technical strategy and implementing modern development practices, AI advancements, and automation.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions, guiding the team in choosing the best technologies, processes, and strategies for development and automation, and developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in a senior-level software engineering role, proficiency in Python scripting, experience with modern frameworks like React or Angular, and expertise in GraphQL and RESTful API development.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain architectural diagrams, workflows, and lucid charts, and clearly explain designs and processes to teams for better understanding and collaboration.
