We're seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our Business Renewals team and help our valued customers thrive.

As Web Designer, Your Responsibilities Will Be To

Create high-fidelity, mobile-first designs in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Iterate on submitted designs based on feedback from stakeholders and preliminary data tracked
Collect, discuss, act and iterate based on feedback provided by stakeholders and team members
Monitor website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Work with project management and engineering teams to translate your vision from design to front-end code
Work with the data and marketing teams to measure conversion data of all deployed assets and collaborate with the team to suggest possible iterations
Lead A/B and Multi-variate testing initiatives to persistently seek improvements in Key Result Areas influenced by your designs

Qualifications

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and basic JavaScript.
Strong grasp of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
At least one year of experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
