Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This role involves answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to patients, physicians, and pharmacists while maintaining high productivity levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions and verify accurate information
Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Process prescriptions from intake to completion
Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain established productivity standards, adhere to schedules, and maintain a good attendance record
Fulfill prescription orders and interpret prescription instructions
Answer phone calls using proper etiquette
Document interventions and track outcomes with the pharmacy team

Requirements:

Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Nevada
2+ years of experience in pharmacy technician roles, including insurance claims processing, rejections, and resolutions
Intermediate level of proficiency in Windows PC applications, including ability to learn new systems
Bilingual Spanish/English skills
Able to stand for an entire shift and wear a mask as required
Ability to work at 650 North Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 8+110, Monday – Saturday, with a variable schedule between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST
