Your Role: Demand & Supply Planner

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will develop, manage and monitor procurement and repair plans in line with demand ensuring contractual commitments and customer satisfaction are met. You will plan repair activities and oversee plan performance, focusing on business continuity, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time permanent role based in Garden Island, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed procurement and repair plans and manage the plans within the ERP.
Optimize resource use (people and equipment) within your scope.
Monitor and report against plan performance.
Analyse capacity and drive mitigation of constraints.
Assist in defining planning standards and ensure data integrity.
Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, gathering and reporting information.


Your Skills:

Formal qualifications in supply chain – APICS desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyse/interpret data.
Mastery of ERP/MRP systems and a high degree of proficiency with excel.
Proficiency in supply chain processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to transparency and effective information sharing.
Knowledge of repair processes desirable.
