We’re looking for an experienced Cruise Consultant who thrives on selling incredible cruise experiences. From luxury ocean voyages to ******** river cruises, you’ll craft tailor-made holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, and transfers, ensuring unforgettable travel experiences for your clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping clients find their perfect cruise, catering to solo travellers, families, and couples
Creating customised travel packages, including flights, hotels, and transfers
Managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online requests
Consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs


What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in cruise and travel sales – Essential!
GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
In-depth knowledge of the cruise industry, including Ocean, River, Expedition and luxury cruises
Sales-driven and highly motivated, able to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Must have full working rights in Australia
