Building Care And Repair Technician

Role Overview
We are looking for a Building Care and Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing plastering tasks, including mixing materials, applying coats, and lathing. Key Responsibilities:

Mixing plastering materials according to specifications.
Applying plaster coats to interior and exterior surfaces using various tools.
Lathing and preparing bases for plaster application.
Performing dust control and cleaning up work areas.
