Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our community, adhering to company operating and safety standards.

Maintain a clean and attractive appearance of leasing offices, models, clubhouses, public, and common interior areas.

Responsibilities include ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.

Maintain overall cleanliness of community amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, elevators, halls, and common areas.
Ensure prompt completion of service requests and repairs.
Maintain outdoor, poolside, or garden areas by cutting grass, edging borders, spreading ground cover, planting, and maintaining flowers and plants.
Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, stairwells, driveways, parking lots/garages, water features, planters, boilers, elevators, hallways, and other grounds or tower features.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace, ensuring they are organized and in proper working order.
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
