Meat Trim And Debone Technician

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Butcher to join our team at our meat processing facility in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cold environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 50 pounds depending on specific function being performed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deboning, cutting, and trimming meat to specification while maintaining yield, throughput, and quality standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Debone, cut, and trim meat to specification
Maintain yield, throughput, and quality standards
Make cost-effective cutting decisions
Benefits:

Starting Rate: $17.80 per hour up to $20.+1 per hour, based on experience
