Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles, particularly in subjects such as Math and Physical Education.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational environment.
Educate students on essential life skills, academic subjects, and social interactions.
Provide individualized support to students with special education needs, ensuring inclusive practices are followed.
Oversee classroom activities and maintain a safe, organized, and positive center environment.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
Ensure compliance with child welfare standards and promote the emotional and physical well-being of all students.
Experience
A CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
Familiarity with special education practices is highly desirable.
Experience in toddler care or working with young children is essential.
Strong communication skills are required to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.
