In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of all professionally targeted (HCP) digital promotions supporting the launch of UPLIZNA in IgG4 related disease (“IgG4-RD”) in the U.S. The IgG4-RD HCP digital lead will play a key role in the launch, responsible for the strategic and tactical digital executions that will help drive engagement and education with HCPs, and leading the implementation of impactful HCP media strategies and investments. Critical to the role will be developing and evangelizing an in-depth understanding of the HCP customer in IgG4-RD, and extensive knowledge of the HCP digital landscape, both traditional and emerging.

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose-Driven Campaign: Lead the development and deployment of purpose-driven HCP digital campaign resources to support the education and engagement of HCP customers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and articulate the purpose in a compelling manner.
Media Activations: Develop and lead comprehensive HCP digital media activation strategies and executions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and activation of highly impactful HCP media plans.
Measurement of Upper Funnel Media: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper funnel digital media initiatives and campaigns. Implement measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of media activations in achieving brand adoption and engagement goals.
Lead day-to-day oversight: Oversee agency as well as publisher relationships.
Champion continuous innovation: Share standard processes across the organization.
Collaborate with key partners: Work with HCP marketing, Corporate Communications, Advocacy, Operational teams, and Business Analytics.
Handle internal legal, regulatory, and medical review: Approve new materials to enable responsible and compliant consumer communications.
Run individual budget: Monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs.
Domestic travel up to 20%.
Minimum Education Required: High School/GED.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking, leadership, collaboration, and the ability to serve as a true champion for the consumer.
