Oversee daily operations, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records and reports on delivery performance.
Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with local managers to develop corrective action plans.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
