Sr. Software Engineer

Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join our client's team, focusing on AWS and cloud applications.

This role requires US Citizenship for federal background check clearance.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications using AWS.
Collaborate with the team to identify, monitor, and optimize AWS performance, cost, tools, and security.
Identify and rectify issues in development, test, and production environments.
End-to-end ownership of solution delivery and deployment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 7+ years of development experience in AWS/cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle in Agile methodologies.
Experience with EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and possibly CloudWatch and API Gateway.
Strong programming background in Python, Java, React, or C#.
Knowledge of CI/CD and containers (Kubernetes/Docker).
