AV Technician, Jr.
Employment Status: Full time
Location: On-Site in Washington, DC
Requirements: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Quantum Technology Group, LLC can hire an AV Technician Jr. to support a government client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience providing front-end AV/VTC support, including managing, deploying, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment and collaboration platforms. Must possess skills and knowledge capable of operating AV/VTC systems.
Duties:
Responsible for supporting front-end AV/VTC systems, and proactively managing equipment in meeting rooms, Auditoriums, and Multipurpose rooms. Fields and resolves user questions regarding using AV/VTC equipment or collaboration tools such as WebEx
Performs event scheduling and set-up. Installs, repairs, refreshes, and retires AV equipment.
Produces live broadcast and handles post-production editing of broadcast
Performs minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment.
Minimum Experience:
Must have at least 3 years of experience providing front-end AV/VTC support, including managing, deploying, and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment. Must possess skills and knowledge capable of operating AV/VTC systems.
