Job Description
The Field Service Representative is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment such as grinders, shredders, and recycling machinery.
This role involves frequent travel to customer sites, providing both technical support and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Expert level of knowledge of all the features, benefits, and performance characteristics of Rotochopper product line.
Electrical system, mechanical and drivetrain, hydraulic system and diesel engine diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronic units.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required, and NetSuite preferred.
