Information Technology Support Technician

Job Title:

Entry Level PC Tech



Location:

Washington, DC



Minimum Requirements:

Recent college graduate or trade school graduate with technical support focus
Basic familiarity with computer/mobile/printer hardware
Demonstrated experience moving, installing, wiping, and configuring end user computers (on site and via remote) in an Enterprise IT Environment
Microsoft 365 (M365) software familiarity
Use of Outlook, MS Word
Ability to work varying schedule with little notice
Most work will be M-F/daytime, but schedule will vary frequently (sometimes early, late, and longer/shorter shifts)
There will be weekend and potentially holiday work





Reliable transportation to/from work

Easy access to D.C. Metro
Closest stop on blue/orange/silver lines


Other:

CompTIA A+CE Certification a plus



Salary:

$ 20 - 25/hr
