Position Overview: As a Behavior Technician, you will work with Autistic clients aged 2-26 in their homes, schools, and communities, implementing interventions tailored by a BCBA. After comprehensive training you will:

Conduct engaging therapy sessions

Collect data on progress and write simple session summaries

Provide family coaching and emergency response

Help clients achieve personal milestones in areas like communication, toileting, and behavior management

Requirements:

High school diploma required

Physical ability to engage with clients (sitting, standing, running)

Knowledge of G-Suites (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
