Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at American Housing in Washington, DC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and handling maintenance and repair duties related to industrial equipment.



Qualifications:

Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills
Handling assigned work orders
Troubleshooting abilities
Experience in Preventive Maintenance tasks
Maintenance & Repair knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team
Relevant certification or vocational training in maintenance field
