In your new role as “MIS and Controlling” you will be responsible for:

- Monthly forecasting, review of actuals and the annual budgeting process
- Implementation of internal control guidelines and ensuring a smooth ICFR process (testing, audits, remediation)
- Aide with quality data for transfer pricing
- Preparation of various MIS and KPI reports for business review meetings with the Business Heads, HQ and Country management.
- Closely coordinate with various business segments for direct and Indirect tax requirements.
- Coordinating external/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing audits etc.
- Handling and good understanding of Forex & Commodity accounting and reporting
- Drive digitalization initiatives to promote efficiency.

What will you need to succeed?
- You should have minimum experience of 4- 5 years along with bachelor’s or master’s in finance (MBA/CA/ICWA/CS)
- Exposure in commercial and accounting/controlling functions with strong analytical skill
- Excellent MS Office (excel & power point) skills, Worked extensively on SAP and knowledge of Power BI & Tableau
- Collaborative approach with team player with strong interpersonal skills and Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to communication.
