Litigation Lawyer San Francisco Opportunity

Keller and Heckman LLP is an international law firm seeking a junior or mid-level associate attorney to join our growing Litigation practice in San Francisco.

Job Description
The Associate will have the opportunity to assist on a broad range of litigation cases, supporting our Food and Drug regulatory practice.

Assist on various litigation cases
Support Food and Drug regulatory practice
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Federal and State courts, with experience in one or more areas associated with the firm's practices such as:

false advertising
environmental (including Proposition 65)
food and drug
occupational health and safety/employment
product liability and safety
insurance
privacy
telecom
General commercial litigation and E-Discovery experience is also a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility are required.

The position requires collaboration across all firm offices on challenging and interesting work involving cutting-edge regulatory and health and safety issues while working in a collegial, team-based atmosphere.
