About the Role:
The Care/Medication Technician plays a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records, follow protocols, and engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
Providing personalized care: Working closely with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
Administering medications: Safely dispensing medications, monitoring dosages, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Ensuring the cleanliness of resident rooms, community restrooms, and common areas.
Requirements:
Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred
High School diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age
CPR Certification required
First Aid Certification required
Previous experience working with seniors preferred
