The University of California, San Francisco seeks a highly skilled Biochemistry Laboratory Technician to join the Fujimori Lab in the Department of Cellular & Molecular Pharmacology. As a Biochemistry Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, performing routine laboratory tests, and assisting senior researchers with experiment setup and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field, with at least two years of laboratory experience. You will be expected to demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Maintain laboratory equipment, including balances, spectrophotometers, and microscopes.
Perform routine laboratory tests, such as protein assays, enzyme activity measurements, and DNA sequencing.
Assist senior researchers with experiment setup and execution, including preparing reagents, solutions, and cultures.
Record and track laboratory data, including test results, sample collection, and storage.
Order laboratory supplies and materials as needed.
