Technical Lead - AI-Driven AdTech
A fast-growing, AI-driven advertising platform in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the evolution of their real-time bidding (RTB) and demand-side platform (DSP) technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural decisions and guide the development of a high-throughput, low-latency programmatic ad platform.
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with data science and infrastructure teams to optimize AI-driven ad targeting and bidding strategies.
Build and optimize high-performance backend systems that process millions of ad requests per second.
Ensure code quality and best practices through design reviews and hands-on development.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in backend software development.
Expertise in high-performance server-side development (Golang or Rust).
Strong knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB), demand-side platforms (DSPs), or programmatic advertising.
Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), and large-scale data processing.
Ability to mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and optimize performance at scale.
