Credit Risk Manager

Job Description:
Western Alliance Bank is seeking a skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Business Banking division, this professional will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and credit risk assessment to support business growth and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial statement analyses to identify trends and assess creditworthiness of clients in the mortgage services lending industry.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track client data and credit information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality credit decisions and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date on commercial lending and mortgage industry trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, auditors, loan officers, and other stakeholders to provide credit information and references.

Qualifications:
• College degree (BA) from a four-year institution.
• Two to three years of experience as a Credit Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
