Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools. She/he will be owning and driving the design created for the website, blogs, social, collaterals, offline events, etc. Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential for the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design a variety of visual assets, including illustrations, web designs, and marketing materials (online and offline).
• Ability to work independently, coordinate with engineers and management, and bring the suggested technical concepts & ideas to the actual design.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Important Key Pointers to consider:
1) Requirement Info
Experience
• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in IT.
• Preferably, the candidate should be a senior professional with 5 to 8 years of experience.
Specialised Skill:
• Proficiency in creating isometric designs is a crucial requirement for the role.
2) Guidelines for Talents:
Adherence to Brand Theme:
• Talents are expected to follow the Infracloud brand theme when preparing any designs.
Design Process:
• Talents should read the relevant blog post thoroughly to understand the content.
• Designs are to be created from scratch, reflecting the blog’s topic and aligning with the brand theme.
• Avoid incorporating text directly onto the blog cover picture.
• Aim to convey the essence of the blog through the cover picture.
3) Additional Vetting from the client End:
Portfolio Review:
• Examine the talent’s portfolio to assess their extensive experience with isometric designs.
Reverse Image Search:
• Conduct a reverse image search in Google to identify whether the talent has used any existing designs.
Project Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design.
• 4 to 5 Years role for an IT company – Non Negotiable
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Extensive experience with Isometric designs Portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with Figma/Sketch and other design tools.
• Should have the ability to create illustrations (2D/isometrics) & doodles from scratch.
• Intermediate knowledge of video creation and editing tools (or ability and interest to learn) would be preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
