Receptionist/Dispatch - SJB

Full Time Position; Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm W/30 min lunch
Must have prior GSOC, security experience
Excellent typing with basic technical skills
This position is NOT remote and requires excellent attendance to include being on time for your shift.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:

Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
Ensure all shifts are fully manned
Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
